SUMMARY SOCIAL REHABILITATION OF STREET URCHINS Key Words : Street, Child, Family, Family Politics Today the dimension of the danger, which is constituted from street childeren against themselves and society, is growing. They must be rescued before not being street children and social peace must be obtained. Because obtaining these children's future is coming an important social problem. In this study's contest, street children's definition, their characteristics, causes under formation of street children and risks that are waiting them, was examined. And at last part, preventive services that will hinder a formation of street childeren and rehabilitation services that can be dona after a formation of street children, was examined. XI
