Abstract (EN)
There are four chapters in this thesis. The motivation behind the thesis is discussed in the first chapter, along with some facts about fixed point theory. We review the concepts and characteristics of metric in the second chapter. We also provide some terms, definitions, and fixed point theory and best proximity point theory. We investigate some best proximity point and best periodic point results. We analyzed some results existing in the literature in detail. We provide our findings and suggestions in the fourth chapter.
