Abstract (EN)
Today, studies in the field of health services have started to change in a global context. Healthcare professionals had to respond to new technologies, new organizational goals, and new challenges. The most influential leaders have responded to their dynamism in the field of health by changing their leadership skills. Leadership is the key to strengthening the performance of health systems. Leadership styles are important institutional pioneers, especially in influencing employee motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and teamwork. In this study, the effect of transformational leadership behavior of responsible nurses on organizational commitment of working nurses was tested empirically. Accordingly, the study was carried out with 221 participating nurses. T test and anova test were used to examine the relationship between the demographic information of the nurses and the transformational leadership and organizational commitment thoughts. According to the results of the correlation analysis of the relationship between nurses' responses to transformational leadership and organizational commitment, all sub-dimensions of transformational leadership have a strong positive relationship between them, and also a statistically significant and positive direction between transformational leadership sub-dimensions and organizational commitment. it was understood that there was a relationship. In order to investigate how well the scale used in the study represents the research and how reliable the results will be, a reliability study was conducted and Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficients of the scale were found to be 0.978 and 0.940, respectively
