Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to evaluate student opinions museum trips based on various variables in Social studies courses. Firstly, introduction of museum, historical development and types of museum are explainded. Functions of museums especially educational functions be transferred. In the provinces of Amasya and Diyarbakır are given information about the museum. The study sampling consists of 1000 students on 5th, 6th and 7th grades who have been studying at schools of Amasya and Diyarbakır, have different socio-economical characteristics. The documents that provide data for research is attitude scale. Seven of question are about personal information and there are 20 express questioning in Social studies courses, museum tripsbased on the student opinions. For this 20 express to determine students' opinions have five choices. To analyze the gained data here used freguence, percentage, t-test, variance analysis via SPSS 20.00 packeged software. As a result of the research, ıt is seen that there is no opinion differentiation though students in the means of their gender and grade level, but there is a differentiation in the means of the livable city, school's socio-economical level, education status of students' father and mother and the frequency of going to the museum.
