Abstract (EN)
The uniquie aim of this thesis is to determine the Essentials, principles and procedures of payroll process which is regulated by Social Security, Tax and Labor Legislation. This thesis has three parts; in the first part payroll and wage concepts, wage types, wage quantity, payment of wage and assurance of wage will be explained in terms of related law regulations. Second part includes application procedures of payroll in terms of Social Security, Tax and Labor Legislation. The last part includes application and calculation examples of wage and payroll process.
