Abstract (EN)

This study, in which the necessary evaluations will be made by focusing on the health of some hadiths shared on social media and claimed to belong to the Prophet, consists of two main parts, except for the introduction and conclusion parts. In the introduction section, the purpose and importance of the study will be discussed and information about the method and scope will be given. In the first section, social media, social media and religion, religious shares on social media will be discussed and information about the sharing of hadith on social media will be given. Again, in this section, the issues that should be paid attention to when sharing hadiths on social media are stated, and it is aimed to raise the awareness of readers and social media users about this issue. In the second part, some hadiths shared in these media are evaluated in terms of their authenticity. First of all, hadith shares shared on social media and included in reputable sources, and then shared hadiths, which were shared in these channels and whose authenticity was doubted, were included. For the purpose of the study, while the authentic hadith sharings are given in a limited number, more place is given to the hadith shares whose authenticity is doubted. From the hadith sharing; Sharing hadiths with the content of "the virtue of some time periods" and "prayer and dhikr" were preferred. Under each heading, the hadith shares on that subject were discussed, and the shared hadiths were given together with their Turkish and Arabic texts and evaluated. Again, this study was carried out specifically for the Facebook platform, due to the fact that social media has the highest number of users worldwide. On the Facebook platform; The hadiths shared in accounts where hadith sharing is frequently made and the number of members or followers is 100 thousand or more, were selected and examined. The study was completed with the conclusion part where a general evaluation was made, the results obtained, the opinions reached and some suggestions made.
