Abstract (EN)
Today, societies are changing dramatically in social, cultural and economic fields. Since the family is the core of the society, it is an important social policy actor that directs the change as well as being affected by all changes. The aforementioned change process has made working life the center of individuals' lives, and this has caused a conflict in the positions of family and working life. Family-work conflict is an important characteristic of the modern transformation in which societies are. The family is in a critical position as it is the two-way interlocutor of change and conflict. For this reason, the protection of the family has become possible only if it can be protected in working life. Labor law is an important discipline that can ensure the protection of the family in working life. This study deals with the protection of the family, one of the main actors of social policy, in working life through labor law from a social policy perspective.
