The mediating role of intrapreneurship and knowledge sharing and the moderating role of resistance to change in the effect of social capital on innovation

Today, it is extremely important for companies to innovate in order to gain competitive advantage. In order to be successful in innovation, social capital, knowledge sharing and intrapreneurship also have an important place. In addition, the attitude of employees towards change is also important. For this purpose, the effect of social capital on knowledge sharing, intrapreneurship and innovative behavior and the effect of knowledge sharing and intrapreneurship on innovative behavior were analyzed with the structural equation model. In addition, the mediation role of information sharing and intrapreneurship in the effect of social capital on innovative behavior has been analyzed by the process macro method. In addition, the moderator role of resistance to change in the effect of social capital on innovative behavior has been analyzed. As a result of the analyzes made, it was determined that social capital affected knowledge sharing, innovative behavior and business entrepreneurship significantly, and knowledge sharing and intrapreneurship significantly affected innovative behavior. In addition, it has been found that knowledge sharing and intrapreneurship have a partial mediating role in the effect of social capital on innovative behavior.
