Welfare works and modern forms (The example of Yıldırım Municipality)

Poverty is a term on which many studies concentrate nowadays. In this sense the importance of civil social institutions are getting more and more. The subject of this study is basically to research the ?Love Market? which is the first sample of aid institutions which show how modern social aid institutions , social state and and aid institutions were organised throughout the history by means of the results for today.Generally it can be said the role of ? Love Market ? which is a modern instrument on the point of poverty, fighting poverty and social aid and solidarity grows up and become a rootIn general, it is possible to express the aims of the study as below:a-By showing the general view of conservative aid institutions under the lights of sociology and religious sociology to decide what forms can be in Turkey.b-To consider how our society affects the aid perception from the sociological standpoint by evaluating the attitude to the term ?poverty? of Islam under the principles and fundamentals of aid and solidarity.c-On befalf of revealing the roles that civil social institutions in general and conservative aid institutions in private play on the point of social aid and solidarity to research ?Love Market? founded by Bursa Yıldırım Municipality and to decide if it is a model.As well as scanning the literature, Two aid institutions - one is a club and the other charitable foundation under juristic person- which can be considered as a conservative are examined as a model incident while the study is being done.As a result of the study made under the frame, it is seen that the principles of aid and solidarity suggested by Islam and legislate to make a ?Food Bank? suggested by the Constitution can be more efficient from a social perspective by means of conservative aid institutions. It is expressed that financial worships having social functions own a great value with big organizations on the scope of social aid and solidarity on a spherical scale.
