Özet (EN)
In this research, it is aimed to examine the relationship between the resilience levels, problem solving skills and mothers' parental attitudes of socioeconomically disadvantaged children aged five. In accordance with this purpose, it is investigated whether the level of resilience of children five aged, their problem-solving skills and their mothers' parental attitudes show a significant difference according to gender, number of siblings, parents' educational levels and their ages. The study group of the research consists of five-year-old children in kindergartens located in socioeconomically disadvantaged regions of central district of Batman province in the 2020-2021 academic year. The data of the study has been obtained with the "Early Childhood Resilience Scale", "Problem Solving Skills Scale" and "Parental Attitude Scale". The research has been planned and conducted in the relational screening model. In the analysis of the data, t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANAVO), TUKEY test and Pearson Momenstler Product correlation have been used. In accordance with the results obtained in the research, it has been concluded that the resilience levels of children aged five are generally high, and the problem-solving skills are low. According to the data obtained from the mothers of the children, it has been seen that the mothers exhibit the most democratic attitudes the most and permissive attitudes the least towards their children. While there is a significant difference between the resilience levels of the children and the age variable of the father, there is no significant difference between the variables of gender, number of siblings, mother's age, mother and father's educational levels. It is concluded that there is no significant difference between the problem solving skill levels of children aged five children and the variables. It has been found that the democratic attitudes of mothers towards their children differ significantly according to the number of children they have and the mother's education level. It has been concluded that there is a moderate positive relationship between children's resilience levels and problem solving skills, and a low negative relationship between mothers' overprotective attitudes and children's problem solving skills.
