Abstract (EN)
The classical theory of sovereignty has been modified during the European integration process. This integration process has built a new rule of law that has occassionally gained a constitutional value and it has transformed the "state" to a "member state". The Treaty of Lisbon is actually the final point of this process. The objective of this work is to determine the judicial effects of this redefinition upon the classical theory of sovereignty and to define the concept of "member state" in scope of provisions of the Treaty of Lisbon.
