Abstract (EN)

Kyrgyzstan, one of the independent Turkish republics, Kazakhstan in the north, East Turkestan Region, which is connected to China in the southeast and east, Uzbekistan in the west, and Tajikistan in the south bordered. The mountains, the extension of the mountains of Tengri, made Kyrgyzstan a mountainous country. The country, which receives little rainfall, has a continental climate. It is also rich in lakes and streams. The first home of the Kyrgyz in history is Southern Siberia. After Genghis Khan, they crossed Altai Mountains and Cungarya lands and came to God Mountains. This is a very long period of displacement event XVIII. century is over. They lived in this new region under the rule of Uzbek, Shaybani and Bukhara khanates. After a while, Kyrgyz Khanate was attached to the Khanate, tried to act independently during this period. The purpose of the thesis of the establishment of the Kyrgyz National State in the First Years of Soviet Power (1917-1922) is to elaborate the process of the establishment of the independent Republic of Kyrgyzstan in 1991, owned by the Kyrgyz people living in traditional ways in the steppes of Turkestan. In addition, the events that took place in this period were tried to be evaluated according to the conditions of the period by considering and analyzing the results.
