Özet (EN)

In the present study the effects on the female kidney tissue of soybean which can be found in various forms not only in animal nutrition but also human food have been investigated. For this purpose, the extracts of soya plant which were prepared with ethyl acetate was given to rats orally at 100 and 200 mg/kg doses for 1 month. At the end of the experimental period, the rats were euthanized by cervical dislocation under general anesthesia. Kidney tissues taken from rats were analyzed by using stereological methods. The kidney tissues have been evalucted by measuring weight, volume, height and width. Stereological with renal medullary tissue sections in the glomeruli and size measurement of ocular micrometer magnification x 40 selected from random areas were evaluated by measuring the diameter properly made on the glomeruli and medulla. As a result of the evalutions, it has been the avarage of kidney weight, volume, width and height of the soybean before and after the experiment and difference there has not been any significant when it is compared. It has been shown not to make any changes in the medulla and the cortex glomeruli diameter of the soybean in the kidney. In the light of the findings of the present study, those in contect of the soybean plant were found to have immortal effects on the kidney tissue.
