Abstract (EN)
In this study, we discussed the verbal culture elements in Hacı Bektaş Velî Velâyetnâme. Velâyetnâme was formed by the writing of the legends formed in the oral culture environment after the death of Hacı Bektaş Velî. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether the performance characteristics of the oral culture environment continue in Velâyetnâme, which is a manuscript period work, and whether the oral tradition affects the written narrative. The study consists of "Introduction" and three parts. In the "Introduction" section, information is given about oral and written cultural environments and dervish lodges. İn this section, information is given on Hacı Bektaş Velî and Velâyetnâme. And books, articles, papers and theses about Hacı Bektaş Velî Velâyetnâme were examined. In the section titled "The Elements of Oral Culture Detected in the Velayetname of Hacı Bektaş Velî", the elements of oral culture in the text were determined. These elements are examined under two headings as "External Features" and "Oral Performance Elements". The study was completed with "Conclusion" and "References". It has been revealed by research that the forms of expression started to change with the written culture that was shaped after the oral culture. However, this change did not happen quickly and easily. Until the printing period, the oral tradition was reflected in the written narrative in the manuscript period. The first period written texts also served to record the texts formed in the oral culture environment, and the features of the oral culture continued to exist in the written culture. In this study, it has been seen that the narrative features of the oral culture environment continue in Velâyetnâme, which is a written culture text, and the oral narrative tradition affects the written narrative. This effect has been detected in non-text items, page layout, additions, typographical errors and scribbles, close and random writing of words, shapes and signs used, ink differences, chapters/titles; oral culture environments, verbal performance concepts, not giving details, conjunctions, repetitions, formal expressions, digression, epithet, proverb-idiom, basmala, prayer-curse, oath, greeting, advice, calling and addressing, dialogue, question and answer, legends were detected in terms of style.
