Abstract (EN)
In this study, the three dimensional spin-3/2 Ising model with ferromagnetic bilinear interaction has been simulated on a Cellular Automaton. The critical behavior of the model has been investigated in absence and presence of an external magnetic field and new phase diagrams are obtained. The calculations have been made using cooling algorithm improved from Creutz Cellular Automaton (CCA) on simple cubic lattices with different linear dimensions. To obtain the behavior of the model, the temperature variations of the thermodynamic quantities have been investigated. In addition, the static critical exponents (ß, ?, ?) and field critical exponent (?) have been estimated by analyzing the data within the framework of finite-size scaling.
