Abstract (EN)
In a rat model of spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury carvedilol's study has investigated the effects of spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury in the reduction or prevention of activities aimed to evaluate Carvedilol. This study was conducted in 32 female rats were divided into 4 groups. Group 1 was the control group.Groups except the control group underwent 45 minutes Abdominal Aortic compression clips 3.Group carvedilol, 4. methylprednisolone was administered intraperitoneally to the group. All group 1 hour and 24 made by the Tarlov scale engine examination of all rat model of spinal cord was removed after 24 hours. Histopathological examination and spinal cord tissue samples were taken for determination of MDA. As a result; Carvedilol, it revealed that spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury or not having enough to reduce the effectiveness of prevention.
