The concept of right and freedom of expression as its foundation in Spinoza

In this study, the "right concept" of Spinoza and its relation to the freedom of expression are studied. The right is independent from law and right's source of legitimacy is the singular being possessing. Human beings can exercise their rights in a society. However institutions and administrations cannot restrict rights to the extent that the essence of the rights is eliminated. The foundation of the right is the freedom of expression. Freedom and obligation are not opposite. Human beings have no free will, yet they are expressive by nature. So, it's impossible to interdict expression as much as to eliminate human nature and the State should consider it.
