Abstract (EN)
In this investigation, the effects of insectiside, namely Oberon SC 240 (240 g/L Spiromesifen) on the morphology and anatomy of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) were examined. The insecticide was pulverized at label dose (50 ml/da) and twofold higher dose (100 ml/da). The cucumber plants were grown in greenhouse conditions in Kızılca village, Amasya. At the end of this study, it was found that the insecticide yielded to some changes on the morphology and anatomy of the plant. It was determined that especially the application of twofold higher insecticide dose (100 ml/da) decreased the cross-sectional layer thicknesses of leaf and stem according to control group in anatomical structure. Besides, it was observed that the insecticide caused some abnormalities in stomata, shape deformation in stem and fruit cells as well.
