Abstract (EN)
Purpose: Vasospasm, can be described with narrowing the brain vessel structure after subarachnoid hemorrhage. (SAH) Multıple factors can be responsıble fort he vasospasm which develops after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Immunreactıve process is one of the factors in our study. We assed nörologıcal examınation, blood amount in cranial computerize tomography and plasma, cerebrospinalfluıd Endothelin-1 concentration in the patients with vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Material and Methods: The patients who have admitted to our hospital few hours after subarachnoid hemorrhage between 2007-2009 years joined with to our study. We have used cranial tomography and cerebrospinal fluid punction fort the diagnosis. First neurological examination was performed for the Hunt - Hess classification.Results: Twenty patients after subarachnoid hemorrhage synchrenous plasma and cerebrospinalfluid (CSF) samples were taken on 1., 3., 5., 7. days in our study. Ten persons who have known without any vasculerdısease, neural system travma, inflamatuar disease were chosen as a control group. The cerebrospinal fluid and plasma samples were taken from the control group only a tıme plasma; fluid samples were assed with Micro Elisa method from these samples. Our patients classified for Hunt-Hess classification seven of then were stage I (S I) (case 7, 9, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18 ), ten of then stage II (SII) (case 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 14, 19 , 20 ), one of then stage III (SII)I ( case 11 ), two of then stage IV (SIV) ( case 3, 6) fort his classification. For Fisher classification seventeen of them were stage II (SII) (case 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20), three of them were stage IV (SIV) (case 3, 6, 11). Vasospasm was established with cerebral anjiograph in case 3, 6, 11.Conclusıon: Endothelin-1 concantretion increased after subarachnoid hemorrehage in our study. We establıshed correlation between Fisher and Hunt-Hess classification.Hunt-Hess clasification was rising when Fisher classification have been rise and at the same tıme vasospasm rısk was rising to.Endothelin-1 may have a ımportant role at the vasospasm after spontanous subarachnoid hemorrage.
