Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is to examine the inclusive leadership and learning organization perceptions of academicians in the faculty of sport sciences at the university. In the study, the "Inclusive Leadership Scale" developed by Carmeli, Reiter-Palmon and Ziv (2010) and adapted into Turkish by Sürücü L. and Maslakçı A. (2021) and the "Learning Organization Scale", the validity and reliability study of which was conducted by Çetin M. and Baydar F. (2021), were used to measure the participants' perceptions of inclusive leadership and learning organization. The study was conducted with the participation of 335 academicians in the faculties of sport sciences in Turkey. The survey method, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was used as a data collection tool in the study. SPSS 2024 program was used for data analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that inclusive leadership is a significant predictor of learning organization. There is a highly significant positive relationship between inclusive leadership and learning organization (R=0.78) and it is concluded that inclusive leadership explains 61% of the total variance on learning organization. It is seen that there is a relationship between inclusive leadership and the demographic characteristics of age, title, income perception, administrative duty and working time (p<0.05), but there is no relationship with the gender variable (p>0.05). There is a relationship between learning organization and age, working time, income perception and administrative position (p<0.05) but not with gender, title demographic characteristics (p>0.05).
