The relationship between the motivation level of sports sciences graduates and organizational climate

By this study, some of sociodemographic variables that can be powerful at the motivation level, in addition to the relationships among the inducement ranges and organizational climates of the graduates of the faculty of sports sciences working in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul have been discussed. Within this framework, 105 sports sciences graduates working in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul were interviewed and research data were collected using Organizational Climate Scale, Motivation Scale and demographic question scale created by the researcher in order to examine the relationships between related associated elements. When the findings received due to the studies are examined, statistically, considerable differences were found between the motivation levels of the participants and the organizational climate elements of the institutions they work for, and these differences were examined.
