Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study was to determine of the optimal load for the upper body wingate anaerobic test using some morphological variables in young male athletes in sports education. The study was conducted in two sections; in the first section water displacement volumetry were used for the determination of leg, thigh, calf, foot volume and also circumferential measurement and morphological variables were used for the determination leg, thigh, calf, foot volume and mass. In the last section determination of optimal load measurement for the WAnT. Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Stepwise was used to determine the relationships between optimal load, morphological variables and leg, thigh, calf, foot volume and mass. After that, a regression formula was developed. In the second part of the study, optimal loads were determined differently for the relative values in terms of the highest level of absolute values. Results indicated significant positive correlations between arm volume and optimal load, morphological variables, peak anaerobic power and average power and positive correlation between arm mass and optimal load, morphological variables, peak anaerobic power and average power. For some morphological variables and optimal load on the other hand significant and positive correlations were found between peak power and average power. As a conclusion, the findings of the present study indicated that arm volume and arm mass, optimal load, morphological variables play a determinant role in anaerobic performance and some morphological variables was found to be an important factor in anaerobic performance of young male athletes in school of physical education and sports Key Words: Optimal power, Water displacement volumetry, circumferential measurement techniques, leg volume
