Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study was to determine of relationship between social skill, physical self-perceptions and physical activity level of sports education students. A total of 453 male and female (male=286, female=167) physical education students in Bartın University participated in this study voluntarily. In this study. Social skills evaluation scale were used for the determination of social skill and also physical self-perception profile scale were used for the determination of physical self-perception profile. The physical activity assessment questionnaire was used for the determination of physical activity level. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to determine the relationships between social skill, physical self-perceptions and physical activity level of sports education students. Results indicated significant positive correlations between social skill, physical self-perceptions and physical activity level of sports education students. As a conclusion, the findings of the present study indicated that social skill, physical self-perceptions and physical activity level play a important role of male and female students in school of physical education and sports.
