In this study, it is given that the general knowledge due to the knowledge management literature. A research has been done for evaluating the things that the study which aims on helping the changing of knowledge management of sports federations into the institutional culture and whether it?s own federation is enough to apply the knowledge management. Research?s environment consists of the executive committee members worked between 2005?2006 in the sports federation, the secretary-generals, and the training committee members. The information was obtained by getting the required permission for our research in our study, in their office, which is in the federation, whose headquarters is located in Ankara, buildings, with secretarygenerals assistance, executive committee and training committee?s meeting decisions and face to face talks in person. Also we were in cooperation with the physical education institutes and the sports institutes of the universities? academic personnel and NEM`s (National Education Ministry) physical education teachers and GSGM sport experts in poll transformation. In evaluating the dates SPSS 15.0 Statistics software, in order to test the criterion?s reliability level Cronbach Alpha interior coherence coefficient was calculated. For Knowledge Management Processes factor structure, Principle Component Factor Analysis Varimax Transformation was made.
