128 SUMMARY Aim of administration is demostrated that produce requierement of some products or ministrations. Administration is dealed with sub-discipline subjects such as the public, enterprise, sport. 1982 Constitution is anticipated that establisment and assigment of administration is based on 'central administration' and 'local administration'. Local administration is classified withespecial administration of province, village, municipality. Municipalities are settled down for local co-requirements which have also local administration units. Municipalities have been had lots of assigments and also had important assigments such as sport requirements of folk. Aim of this study is demostrated that Reveal Expectations of public about the Sport services from the municipality. At the direction of this aim; Model of Survey-Searching was used for people's comments on sport services of municipalities. Model of Relation-Searching Which is searching-Model's subgrup was used for the aim "To identiy for sharing to sexuality, age, and ocupation groups's comments" Investigations on 4159 persons were done in the country of Elazığ. As statistic techiniques; per cent, finding the weinghted average, x2 techinique were used in this investigation. Following results are obtained from this investigation datas. Investigation persons is consist of %66.6 Men, %33.3 Women. "1219 persons at 20 years old and the lower group, 1531 persons at 21-30 years old, 806 persons at 21-40 years old, 461 persons at 41-50 years old, 145 persons at 50 years old and the upper group" performance in the investigation. Persons, who are living in the country express to satisfiy in the necessity of nature! movements as a promblem.129 As investigation's specimens; municipalities have accountability on sport activiti of folk. As the findings; sport services, which are achieved by the municipalities increase greatly prestige of municipalities. Not only all age groups, but also ocupation groups have same opinions. To the persons of specimens "sport services" have important positions for developing the relations are taken into consideration of which the municipality settle in districts, It can be seen in the weighted average as a great ratio; is play grounds of children and the others; swimming pool, running and walking tracks and the open football ground is tjhe great ratio of them.
