The aim of this research is to examine the professional burnout levels of sports masseurs and masseuses working in sports clubs. The research consists of individuals working as sports masseurs in sports clubs in 2023-2024. A descriptive scanning model was used in the research. The data of the research were collected with the "Maslach Burnout Inventory" developed by İnce and Şahin (2015). The data obtained was transferred to the SPSS 22.0 software package for statistical analysis. Frequency analysis, percentage analysis, arithmetic mean, independent variable t test, ANOVA analyzes and post hoc tests were used to analyze the data. Looking at the analysis results; A statistically significant difference was detected in the burnout levels of sports masseurs and masseuses according to gender, age, educational status, place of receipt of the certificate, working experience, league status in which you work and income level (p<.05). According to the marital status variable, no statistically significant difference was detected in the burnout levels of sports masseurs and masseuses (p>.05).
