Abstract (EN)

This study is aimed to reveal the best term of the sportswomen whose menstrual cycle is designated with their different phases of physiological parameters and reaction times targeting the increase of the sportive success. In this sense a sportive and a sedanter group is formed in two groups and some physiological and motoric tests have been made upon the four different phases of the menstrual cycle. In this study, 12 sedanters and 8 sportswomen have been volunteered the 8 volunteer women?s age are about 20.38±1.41, height 1.70±3.39, weight 56.3±4.06, fat rate 11.4±2.1 and the 12 sedanter women?s age are 18.50±0.52,height 1.63±5.10,weight 52.8±3.34, fat rate is 13.3±1.4 The statistic analyse of the data has been accomplished with the help of the SPSS for Windows 10.0 package programme. To compare the two groups the two independent sample test (t-test) has been used and to compare the taken values of the four different phase cycles of the volunteers the Repeated Measures Define Factor (ANOVA) is being used. While measuring the flexibility parametres of the groups the only difference is being considered in the menstrual period of the sportswomen and sedanters. However, there has been some expressive differences in the 4 phases of the perpendicular leap in 30 metres speed and MaxVO2 values. The approximate reaction of the 4 phases between the sportswomen and sedanters groups is found meaningfull, the visual reaction time of the 4 phases is found meaningless and the audio reaction is only found expressive in the Folicular period. To the comparison between the menstrual cycles of the sportswomen; there has been no meaningful correlation in the 4 phases period during their perpendicular leap, MaxVO2, flexibility and visual reaction. and when the menstrual cycles of the sedanters group are compared there has no difference in their perpendicular leap, audio reaction time but as considered there has been avid differences in the other parameters.
