Stretching exercies for back muscles and spinal ligaments for the treatmemt of pain of the lumbar vertebral and its effect of the job performance

In this research the proposed program has been identified and in the rehabilitation exercises their effectiveness and in the removal of pain the spine ( lower back ) or the reduction of pain and its impact and its importance and role in the rehabilitation of people low back pain and return to normal lives . And the impact of human resources management and its relationship to health services, keeping pace with medical development and facilitating medical research in excellence and creativity. The objective of the research is to find out the effect of the therapeutic exercises on elongation of the muscles of the back and ligaments strengthening abdominal muscles and flexibility of the spine and joints, removing pain or reducing the pain in the lower back , the study was com ducted on a sample of patients with low back pain on the number of ( 45 patients ), ages ( 35 – 40 ) years, who complain of ( lower back pain ) and who frequented department of physical therapy hospital Tripoli / Libya . The exercise had the effect of increasing the lengthening of some muscles and flexibility of some other muscles and reducing the pain in the spine (lower back) in the research sample. The most important recommendations are the need to rely on the rehabilitation curriculum for people with low back pain on the gradual therapeutic exercises for the patient to face Tension and spasm and muscle stiffness as a result of pain.
