Abstract (EN)

The decreasing the costs in machining are entered in a different way with the increase of competitiveness. Getting the norm surface quality of the cutting tool is of great importance in tool life. To get of the minimum cost with maximum efficiency is difficult in machining. Cutting conditions; number of cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut should be applied in the ideal conditions. If not, you can not cover the cost of processing features such as tool consumption and precision machining. Many studies have been published on the determination of the optimum cutting conditions. Ideal cutting conditions in machining industry is one of the important case because of technological improvements affected this industry directly. In this study, a cutting tool with different cutting conditions determined the three different types of materials processed are intended to achieve the best surface quality. 90 specimens have been machining with different cutting speed and cutting dept. Two different tool used in experiments (0.4mm-0.8mm). How effective is to see that the part of the open ends of the purpose of the use of various extreme forms. Parts were obtained by processing the most sensitive part of the surface in the specified criteria. Thus, feed rate, variable cutting depth which must be selected according to the material are obtained.
