Abstract (EN)

There are many both experimental animal and cellular studies about the agents can be useful for degloving injuries, There is no comparable studies about the affects of standart heparine and low moleculer weight heparine on degloving injuries on experimental animals. Heparine and low molecular weight heparine are the antitrombositic agents being used widely nowadays. İn our study, we investigated the affects of heparine and enoxaparine on degloving injuries.30 rats were used in our study. tree groups were established and, each group were included 10 rat. Enoxaparin were injected subcutaneous to first (1) study group rats. Standart heparines were injected subcutaneous to second (2) group rats. Serum physiologique were injected third (3) group rats. Tests were stopped at 15 day. Rats?s tails were researched clinically and histopathologically. There is expressive statistical difference between clinical results (p<0.005). There is expressive statistical difference between histopatological results (p<0.005).We found that standard heparines and enoxaparin positive effect degloving injuries healing in our study but, there is no study for humans about this topic. Our findings should be supported and developed by new experimental and especially clinical studiesKey Words: Degloving injury, Enoxaparine, Heparine
