Abstract (EN)
In this study we researched transformers performance in the case of economical and energy losses with the professions of metalurjical and material engineering with electrical engineering. Also paramaters of affectional to performans as silisium sheets production conditions and transfomer types are studied analyticaly. This study is composed of four section and in all parts we benefit from literatur knowledge to reduce electrical losses.In the first part production, spesifications and kinds of electrical steels are explaned. After the explanation of these parts also microstructure and electrical loses due to production methods is explaned.In the second part main static electric device transformer is handled for electrical loses and parts of the device, principles of working and usege areas are given as general information. In this part mono phase transformers is explaned.In the third part after explanetion of mono phase transformers general informations also analytical formulas and calculating methods is explaned because of we need these formulas and methods to calculate efficiency. Despite complication of the formulas all analytical expression is researched step by step with metalurjical expression.In the forth last part of the study containes experiments about the efficiency of transformers. All three transformers have different voltage values so first of all efficiency values are tested and different transformers are compared between themselfs about the efficiency rates. At the end important of reducing of electricity loses is explaned and proved with documents and than the study is ended with introducing of references.
