Abstract (EN)

Selecting software is a difficult MCDM problem with many conflicting criteria. With rapidly changing practices and organization needs, selecting human resources software is getting more complicated. Human resources management whose main aims is to create value, plays an important role in creating a sustainable competitive advantage.While Human resources professioanals now have to contribute to organization in the strategic roles, in today's world where digitalization is in our lifes in the every sense, ıt matters to implement human resources processces in the most effective ways. One of the aim of this study is to determine relevant evaluation criteria and to create an evaluation framework with integrated fuzzy MCDM methods, by addressing selection of the human resources software as a process. The other aim of this study is to make a contribution to the literature since the fuzzy SWARA method is not used in integrated with fuzzy COPRAS and EDAS methods for selection of human resources software in the literature and the resource related to the fuzzy SWARA method is limited.
