Structural equation modeling (SEM) and its applications

Nowadays, banks get an opportunity of serving to their customers without the restriction of location and time, thanks to internet. But some customers still do not use it, because of different reasons. In this study, the factors that affect internet banking usage of Dokuz Eylül University's academicians are investigated in AMOS programming. As a consequence of the model analysis, there are significant relationships between the factors "Importance of Internet Banking Needs" and "Benefits of Internet Banking" and the factors " Importance of Internet Banking Needs" and "Communication". Furthermore, according to the structural equations, "Customer Adaptation to Internet Banking " is related to "Communication" and "Convenience".
