Abstract (EN)

Betatrophin production and blood lipid profile have been proven in previous research to have a correlation, both in the laboratory and in clinical settings. Investigations on the connection and contact behavior of lipoprotein lipase, betatrophin, and angiogenin likeprotein3 (ANGPTL3) continue to vary from one another (LPL). In earlier research, we identified a rise in the levels of serum ANGPTL4 in Chinese patients who suffered from coronary heart disease (CHD). As a consequence of this, we decided to carry out a retrospective investigation on Kazakh CHD patients. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the link between betatrophin, ANGPTL4, and LPL, as well as the intensity of ischemic heart disease in diabetic individuals. The case group included a total of sixty diabetes individuals (30 with IHD and 30 without IHD). There were a total of 30 participants in the control group. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to evaluate the serum concentrations of betatrophin, LPL, and ANGPTL4, whereas the double antibody sandwich ELISA was utilized to evaluate the serum concentration of ANGPTL4. An automated biochemical analyzer was used in order to ascertain the levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, and fasting blood glucose that was present in each of the groups. During this same time span, each patient group's clinical baseline data were included in the analysis. As a direct result of this, diabetic patients who had IHD had significantly more of betatrophin, ANGPTL4, and LPL than diabetic patients who did not have IHD and those who were in the control group (p 0.05). The Gensini rating had a substantial and favorable connection with total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) (LDL-C), betatrophin, LPL, and BMI in diabetic patients with ischemic heart disease (r = 0.201, 0.501, 0.045, 0.562, 0.611, and 0.431 respectively), (P = 0.041, 0.008, 0.038, 0.009, 0.002, and 0.039 respectively). The Betatrophin, ANGPTL4, and LPL levels give statistically significant diffference in all groups of gensini score with (P< 0.05). The betatrophin/ANGPTL4/LPL parameters were linked to the severity of IHD in Diabetic patients.
