Özet (EN)
Even though cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death in women, epidemiologic research reveals that, in comparison to males, women before menopause are comparatively protected from acquiring CVD. Women experience cardiovascular disease years later than men do, and they experience the condition less frequently than men their age. The study aimed to measure the concentration of change in the levels of steroid hormones and the risk of coronary heart disease in women and some biochemical markers. In this study, and in order to reach results that meet the requirements for interpreting changes in the levels of steroid hormones and the rest of the other chemical parameters, 140 samples of women healthy (As controls) and patients with coronary artery disease, aged 20 and over, were selected as a control group (70) and healthy women as a control group (70). They were divided according to sex into a group of patients (coronary heart disease). Disease and healthy groups (controls group) two groups. By statistical analysis was used in order to reach the averages and differences between the variables in the study. The SPSS 25 test was used to find the results, and the t-test was used for that. The age was signifcant when compared to controls group. This explains that the older women are, the more likely they are to develop heart disease. As for weight, there were no clear differences between the patient's group and the control group. There were clear differences between the averages for BMI when compared to the control group. Because the study included women who suffer from heart disease or have a problem with troponin levels, there were clear statistical differences between the patients' group and the women's group in our study. Anther means, there were clear differences between the troponin averages for the patients when compared to the control group. The levels of testosterone and E2 changed clearly towards the decline in women with heart disease, which indicates that the changes towards the decrease in the concentrations of these hormones can be beneficial in following the disease, or that nutrients or treatments that stimulate these hormones can be the cause of the increase in heart disorders in women. With regard to fats, the results indicate that the concentrations of cholesterol and triglycerides have risen significantly in women with heart disease or those who suffer from problems in heart parameters, which explains clinically that people who have heart problems should avoid fats. Hemoglobin did not significantly change clinically significant in our study. As well as for white blood cells were not clinically significant when interpreting the results of the study. As for ESR, the results of the study clearly indicated the statistical importance, as its levels rose when comparing the results of the patient's group with the control group. There was no statistical difference in the results of glucose when comparing the results with the control group in relation to our study. The concentrations of liver enzymes GOt and GPT changed significantly and clearly in the study when comparing the results to the control group, which indicates that checking liver enzymes is very important for women who suffer from heart problems. More studies are needed in this field.
