The study of the relationship between parathyroid hormone with some biochemical parameters in patients with renal failure

The clinical characteristics and demographics of patients in this study showed that fifty patients were examined. BMI has a slightly increased frequency of association between the obesity and overweight groups with 19 of 50 patients. PTH was found and was significantly greater in patients compared to healthy controls (p < 0.001). The results showed that the average concentration of the controls was (18.11 ± 5.5). Serum calcium activity was significantly decreased in patients when compared with those in healthy controls (P < 0.01). Table 4.2 and Figure 4.3 show the average levels of phosphorous in plasma for patients and healthy controls. The mean levels were significant (p < 0.001). Comparing CKD and healthy subjects for urea and creatinine, we showed a significant positive association with a value (p < 0.001), respectively.
