Abstract (EN)

The aim of our studies is to identify the most important immunological factors that are mostly associated with acute on chronic hepatic failure. People who had liver problems were older than those who didn't, according to this study. There was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) of age in acute and acute chronic group (40.407 ± 15.18 years and 48.440 ± 14.58 years). Renin, IL-6, and CRP were measured in the serum of all participants. There have been a significant (P<0.001) increasing of. Renin value in ALF patients (22.860 ± 6.76 pg/mL) and in ACLF patients (14.604 ± 3.51pg/mL) Compared with control (3.517 ± 0.46 pg/m). 50 patients with acute liver faulair (ALF) and 50 patients with chronic liver disease (ACLF) were compared. ALF patients had significantly higher levels of aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine transaminases (ALT) than the healthy control group. ositive values of aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), the total bilirubin, and direct bilirubin in the ALF and ACLF group were significantly higher than in the control group. The ROC curve analysis indicated the good performance of renin, IL-6 and CRP in diagnosis The cut-off point of CRP is >5, sensitivity 100 specifity 100 P < 0.001 T-TEST = 33.11.
