The crime of purchasing or accepting the crime goods is generally a type of crime that is arranged in the part of crimes against property in comperative and Turkish law.Although it is arranged in this part , there are other judicial benefits which are protected by establishing this crime.The crime that forms our project is arranged in Turkish Criminal Law bearing both 765 and 5237.There are similarities and differences between preparations of two laws.This type of crime has resemblences to some kind of crimes,too.So , because of all these reasons , the crime is needed to be examined by presenting the purchasing of the crime goods , the history of crime ,the features of the crime and simiarities and differences with the other crimes.Also , it is needed to present the materialistic and moral elements of the crime.
