Özet (EN)

The main aim of this study is; to know the oppinion of the who were to comitted offense children about their family and according to this to find any psychopathologic diagnosises. Especially the period of prison or the reformatory life. This study was applied to 82 arrested child at Diyarbakır jail. We use the Symptom Check List 90 (SCL - 90 ) for about to learn psychopatological pecularity of the committed offense children. The other used scale was the Family Evaluation Scale for the learning the opininon of the comitted offense children about their family. The result of the analysis show us that; the comitted offense children are have the important problems with their family. About; communication in the family, solving the problems, knowing the roles of in family, control of the behaviors, affective responsiveness affective involvement and general functions. Also the according to diagnosises of SCL - 90 finding some psychopathologic results about the comitted offense children. That are the most finding phatology is the Supplementary Scale which is shown with the sleeplessness or eating disorders etc. After this scale Interpersonal Sensitivity, general symptom index, Paranoid Idention, Hostility, Phobic Anxiety, Somatization are comming. Than, Obsessive-Compulsive, Depression, Anxiety and Psychothisim were find. At the same time, the results of the some analysis between the scales and the groups we find the significant differences. In the other words, the comitted offense children have some psychopathologic diagnosises while their family have bad pecularities. Like, about the problem solving, family roles, general functions etc. Or the comitted offense children have some phatologic diagnosises while their mother or father dead or divorced. Having more brother/sister, having bad economic level or being to migrate is also increase the height of pathology and the bad evaluations of families.
