Abstract (EN)
This study aims to analyze the rehabilitation role of juvenile courts as an important part of the juvenile justice system in the rehabilitation of children dragged into crime. Juvenile delinquency is an important and sensitive issue on which the whole world is focused. Likewise, Rehabilitation for Juvenile delinquency is very important for children to integrate well with the community they are a member of. In the juvenile justice system, the juvenile courts are of great importance and can guide the future of a child through criminal or protective supportive intervention or policy. Hence, today is very well known that the importance of the courts as a means of rehabilitating children, rather than punishing them, This study demonstrates the role of juvenile courts in dragging children into crime, gathering them to society and improving them. The analysis of the concepts of child and child delinquency, the causes of child dragging, the concept of rehabilitation, the juvenile justice system and its elements, especially the role of juvenile courts in the rehabilitation of dragging children into crime were analyzed in detail. In the practical part, the process of dealing with the children who were dragged into crime and the taken and applied decisions were analyzed. The information collection form was prepared and 100 cases were scanned, one by one and the information was obtained and organized. In the light of the data obtained; many reasons lead/drag children to crime, children go through many stages of the juvenile justice system, and in juvenile court, some procedures are carried out by penal and protective supportive decisions, the court plays important roles in the rehabilitation of children who are dragged into crime, while in some of them it is working very powerful. judging by the fact that the court process has many risks for the children and affects their future, a one-way service model will be insufficient in combating and combating juvenile delinquency and necessary recommendations have been made by concluding the necessity of providing professional service in full with all institutions and organizations. The need to analysis the subject by investigating the subject at a more scientific level has been clearly emphasized.
