Abstract (EN)
Süfyan b. Uyeyne is one ulamas of the known important of hijri second century. In this study, jurisprudences of Süfyan b. Uyeyne el Hilali who is one of the important names of etbau t tabiin period, have been determined For this purpose and compared with Hanefi madhhab. hadith sources, strata madhhab and various commentary books have been researched: scattered informations which are been used. Our study ports. Among them have consists of entry and thre In the second part,opinions related to worships such as cleaning, prayer, alms, fast and cross have beden compared with Hanefi madhhab and general analysis has been made. In the third part,Süfyan b.Uyeyne's opinions related to treatments and personal circumstances have been compared with Hanefi madhhab.Additionally, it has been tabulated in the result part so that readers can understand easily..
