The research of word groups in Domaniç Dağlarının Yolcusu which was written by Şukûfe Nihal

This is the study of word groups in ?Domaniç Dağlarının Yolcusu (The Traveller in The Domaniç Mountains)?, which was written by Şukûfe Nihal. The topic of word groups, which is a discussion topic in Turkish in Turkey, is mostly studied in types of written works such as stories or novels. Thus, it is thought that it would be beneficial to choose the type of travel writing, on which not many studies have been carried out, as it could contribute to the topic of word groups.Before the completion of the study, written works on word groups have been examined, and the views of linguists on the subject have been determined. The study consists of three parts.In part I, information about the life of Şukûfe Nihal, her literary personality and works, which include ?Domaniç Dağlarının Yolcusu?, on which the study has been carried out, is given.In part II, the definiton of word groups, their features and how they were discussed in various written sources have been studied.In part III, word groups in the work of ?Domaniç Dağlarının Yolcusu? have been classified. In this section, words forming the word groups have been written in bold, page and line numbers have been shown in parantheses.
