Abstract (EN)
Mecmuas of Münşeat is a very important source of information for the Ottoman bureaucracy and state administration as well as for the Ottoman clerks. In Turkey, Arabic, Persian and Ottoman Turkish reviews on Mecmuas of Münşeat is still in a small number and inadequated. This very important issue; the examinations of Arabic, Persian and Ottoman Turkish Mecmuas of Münşeat documents in the Süleymaniye Library, its role on the clerical establishment, records management and the status of Mecmuas of Münşeat are presented in this study. The study deals with Arabic, Persian and Ottoman Turkish documents of Mecmuas of Münşeat which are preserved in the Süleymaniye Library, the most important and biggest manuscript library in Turkey. This research is also supported by other sources within the context of document management. Result of the study demonstrated that Mecmuas of Münşeat is influenced on Arabic, Persian and Ottoman Turkish languages in the Ottoman period.
