Özet (EN)

The aim of this thesis is to synthesis of the metallo-supramolecular polymers with stimuli-responsive properties by terpyridine and metal ions, by using nanoparticles of different structures. In this study, firstly, SiO2, TiO2, Fe3O4, CoFe2O4, NiFe2O4 nanoparticles of about 20 nm size, were obtained by the co-precipitation and sol-gel methods. Powder X-ray diffraction was used to investigate the phase, purity, and homogeneity of these nanoparticles. Scanning electron microscopy was used to imaging and determination of nanoparticle morphologies. In order to improve their stability at first reactive amino groups was used to comment terpyridine ligand, then they were treated with 3-(aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane (APS). Then, multi-functionalized nanoparticles based on terpyridine have been prepared from amino-functionel nanparticles and 4-chloro terpyridine. A series of stimuli-responsive metallo-supramolecular material has been developed using the coordination of these ligand monomers to various metal ions (Ni (II), Co (II) and Cu (II)). Characterization of these supramolecular molecules was achieved by using FTIR, XRD and SEM techniques. We report also here a novel class of stimuli-responsive metallo-supramolecular hybrid polymers that incorporate metal ions of the nanoparticle spacer units-containing terpyridine-based network. The complexation with metals can be easily monitored by UV–vis spectroscopy and electrochemical thecniques. These measurements showed that prepared metallo-supramoleculer polymers completely reversible for terpyridine metal ion complexs.
