Abstract (EN)

The studies of sustainable innovation in the world remain popular both in industry and academia. The reason for this is that the needs of future generations are under the risk due to the unconscious consumption of natural resources. Therefore, industry and academia are interested in this subject and have been working on it and demanding new solutions from researchers. In this study, in order to meet this demand, a scale is developed to measure sustainable process innovation performance in manufacturing industry. For this purpose, a web-based survey was prepared to collect data from companies operating in the manufacturing sector and as a result of the evaluation on the collected data, analyzes were performed with valid 291 firm data. Within the scope of these analyzes, firstly, exploratory factor analysis method was used by using SPSS 25 program, then data analysis was completed with confirmatory factor analysis method with the help of AMOS 24 program. As a result, a scale consisting of 15 items was obtained, whose reliability and validity was ensured to measure the sustainable process innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, this scale helps manufacturing enterprises measure sustainable process innovation performances as well as it is also made available to researchers who are working on this subject.
