The samples of this stage are businesses publishing sustainability reports and 131 HRM experts working in institutions taking place on kurumsalsurdurulebilirlik.com and BIST Sustainability Index. Depending on the findings of this study, it has been determined that there are five sub-dimensions of Sustainable HR. These dimensions are "the development and happiness of the employee", "the sustainable employment policies", "moving from paper based to digital processing", "flexibility applications", "environmental awareness". The Sustainable HR has been evaluated as a concept which is required to be speculated together with macro subjects such as society and ecology by a value chain understanding.
