Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the most abundant energy source in terms of sustainability by comparing energy sources and define how should Turkey?s energy politics be shaped within the context of sustainable development.Within this scope, the study firstly has given place to basic concepts in sustainable development literature; afterwards, it has emphasized on the place of nuclear energy which is one of the most abundant energy resources within the context of sustainability, in Turkey?s energy politics.The domestic and foreign literature have been broadly used in the study and the data which has been collected by literature review is expressed in a descriptive approach.
