Sustainable development based on basic creation of liveable environment: Eskisehir Tepebaşı district case

Recently, the use of all kinds of energy resources brings environmental problems due to excesive demand for energy. 1992 Rio Conference and1996 Habitat-2 in the city summit sustainability and livable environment adaption of purposes has required to base on ecological fundamental of sustainable urban development. However, all these purposes bring concepts of sustainable development and sustainable urban development require to prevent environment for now and next generation's better life quality with economic and social development. For that purpose, we will take as a model sample of Eskisehir Tepebasi district is preferred as a role model. In this study, sustainable of urban development has been desired to tackle especially with the urban development brought about change so as to not harm the environment in terms of leading. Municipality of Tepebasi county, while all these stages creating the most important elements of global warming such as greenhouse gases and carbondioxide emisions due to need the solutions, so it is expected to guide for sustainable environment and development isues to serve in our country.
