Abstract (EN)

Water is one of the plants for growing humans and plants. The reward for life. Developing world, like its natural resource, sunbathing from our water is quantitatively and qualitatively valid for us. Water can become the best and first thing to be taken care of. Water trail water management has been an approach that is our focus of attention, which is the subject of education. In this thesis, the production of water as a whole in a factory in Sakarya province. and traces of water were investigated. When estimating the water footprint, its assessment and water footprint were reviewed. In the examined production farm, the main headings were the drinking water they drink, the water used in the farm and the amount of water required for their cultivation, which is consumed as feed. The amount of water required for each spent. For the bait, field software suitable for local use was used. It has been compared and evaluated with studies in this field in different parts of the world. The water footprint of the dairy farm was calculated as 1176060 m3/year. The annual average consumption amount will disappear and 1077 m3 of water will be taken for 1 liter milk production. Keywords: Water footprint, sustainability, virtual water, organic milk
