Abstract (EN)
In the study, it is intended to analyze the drought event of Turkey that has recently become global problem of the World and that developed countries has been taking serious precautions, drought/moistness rate is calculated by using Standardized Precipitation Index method and precipitation data between the years of 1960-2014 for 81 cities. Also SPI calculation made for Turkey with using average precipitation data and put forth comparison of Turkey and analysis with Adana.
